What to Expect - The Process

Step 1. Initial Phone Consultation

This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and have a preliminary discussion about your plans, date, location, etc. During this call, we take some time to discuss your dreams and desires, listen to your ideas, and understand your vision. At the end of the call, we'll set up an appointment to meet with you in person for a more in-depth consultation. Please call as soon as you book your venue to reserve your date. Step 2. Meet in Person

During this consultation, we'll go over your vision and plans in more detail, review our worksheet, and together, establish a shot list. We will also establish a "go-to" contact person who will be our eyes and ears on the day of the event. This helps us keep everything going smoothly. Our photography is photojournalistic in style and focuses on capturing the details, the moments and the emotions of your very special day. We have a lot of experience photographing weddings and are happy to provide you with helpful advice and suggestions to make sure we capture everything from the sparkle of your ring to the sparkle in your eye - just as you envision it.

Step 3. The Day of the Event

We want you to be able to relax and truly enjoy your day – even as it flies by! Therefore, we plan out as much as possible in advance so everyone is clear on how, when and where the photography will take place on the day of the event. With two talented and experienced wedding photographers working independently, you can be confident that every detail of your day will be captured in gorgeous and meaningful photos while you are free to enjoy your wedding and reception! From your hair and makeup to the very last dance, we'll document it all beautifully.

Step 4. The Proofs

We provide you with a private pass code so you can view all your high resolution images online and make your choices for your wedding album and/or prints from the convenience of home. You may provide your private pass code to family and friends so they can purchase their high-resolution photos directly from our site. We are happy to answer any questions and are available to help you with your final selections. Our turn-around time on proofs is 4 weeks. Once we have processed your high-resolution images, we post them to our website where they are available for your review for 30 days.

Questions and concerns

We understand that planning a wedding can be very stressful but your wedding photography shouldn't be. We are very flexible, have a great sense of humor and are really easy to work with. You can always reach us by email or phone to answer any questions or address any concerns that come up before the big day.
